Lasanne International specializes in the manufacture of a wide range of sporting, travel and recreational products, mainly for the export market and OEM customers, large and small.
The company was started in 1991 in Bangkok, Thailand and over the years we have expanded our operations and now proudly produce for some of the world’s most well known brands. Our 2,000 sqm factory is located on the outskirts of the city near major sea ports and airports and is set up to produce for customers of all sizes. Q & A from Lasanne
1. Can I place small orders?
Lasanne understands the needs of smaller companies or those with limited budgets and/ quantity requirements. We can entertain small orders.
2. What is your policy on samples for a new or small order customer?
Samples can be manufactured for our new customers however they must be paid for in advance. If you place an order with us we can discuss discounting the cost of the sample from your order provided that the order size is sufficient enough.
3. What are your ordering procedures?
Orders can be generated via email, fax or phone but we will not begin production until a Purchase Order is sent to us and the terms of payment have been met.
4. What lead times can I expect?
Lead times can be calculated at the time of order however typically it is 45 days. Lead times may be shortened by prior agreement.
5. What are your policies on shipping?
All prices are Ex Works. We can quote for shipping on request.
6. What are your polices regarding protection of intellectual property?
Lasanne takes the protection of intellectual property rights for our customers, very seriously. We do not copy or share the customers original designs. It is the responsibility of new or existing customers to respect the intellectual property rights of others and Lasanne will not knowingly produce copies of protected designs and patents.
7. What is your policy on the ownership of molds and dies?
Lasanne can arrange for the procurement of molds and dies and will bill the customer accordingly for the cost of those molds and dies. We can store them here in our secure storage facility on your behalf but you own them. If you decide not to purchase the mold/die, they will revert to our ownership and we reserve the right to use them in any way we see fit.
8. What are your payment terms and how do I pay?
New customers must pay a 50% deposit up front with the remainder payable before shipping or delivery. Payment is normally made by bank transfer, TT, cash or company check. Payment by credit card may be agreed for small orders.
